Access Control

There are three level of access controls for users:

  Access Write Edit Publish
Reader x      
Author x x x (own content)  
Editor x x x (any content) x

As you can see on the table, authors can write articles and edit their own content. However, they are not able to publish the content to the website. Only editors can.

By this way, you can assign the Author role to other people who can collect and write news articles while you can review and publish them later.
